If you experience a loss, we have provided the following information to assist you. If it is after business hours, please call the company on your policy. To better assist you, your insurance company would provide to you a 24-hour claim reporting number on your policy. Prior to calling, please have your policy number available for the claims adjuster. I've been in an accident and I need to have my car repaired. What do I do?
More than likely you car has been towed to either a body shop or storage lot. You'll first need to find out the name of the shop or lot and a person to speak to there.
