Flood Insurance

New FEMA Information.

June 18th, 2007 is when the new flood maps for Harris County go into effect.

If you are in a Flood Zone we recommend getting a Flood Elevation Certificate.  This certificate will save you alot of money in the long run.   Click "HERE" for Apollo Surveying, they are local and can get the job done quickly.  Once you get the Flood Elevation Certificate contact us and we can get you a quote.

Getting a flood quote can be as easy as 1-2-3.

Actually you might qualify for the Preferred Risk Rate.  If you already know that you are not in the 100 year flood zone (ZONE "X") and you do not have any of the following conditions below you can look at the table on the right to determine your premium.

If any of these conditions, arising from one or more occurences exist then you do not qualify for the Preferred Risk Rate.  You will then need to contact one of our office staff for us to manually quote your flood.

-2 loss payments, each more than $1,000
-3 or more loss payments, regardless of amount
-2 Federal Disaster relief payments, each more than $1,000
-3 Federal Disaster relief payments, regardless of amount flood insurance claim payment AND 1 flood disaster relief payment (including loans and grants), each more than $1,000
